South Hamilton Elementary School

Welcome to South Hamilton Elementary

Mr. Richard Snyder, Regional Principal

Mrs. Ginger Keller, Head Teacher

Miss Natalie Saunders, Head Teacher

Homeless Awareness Week, October 27th-31st.This is an unfortunate truth that affects many families everywhere, and is a reality for many of our CASD students and families as well. On Monday October 27th we are asking everyone in the district to wear RED. This is a small gesture that we as a district can do to show that we are aware and support what kids and families experience when they have no stable home to go to. Imagine our students being afraid  each day because  they don’t know where they are going to sleep that night…for most of us that is unimaginable and yet it’s a fact they deal with daily. So please encourage everyone (students and faculty) to wear RED on Monday October 27, 2014.

In addition, I am also asking for food donations at this time. We have a food pantry located at the Administrative building and we are in need of restocking our shelves. This food is given to CASD families in need throughout the year. Please bring in a non-perishable food item to the South Hamilton Elementary School Office next week.  We will make sure that your donations reach the Administration building.
